When setting up an online store, you will find that the supply management method and cost are just as important as finding trustworthy suppliers and quality products. The recipe seems simple at first – combine some high-profit products with reliable suppliers and low costs, and voilà!
But as you dig deeper, you realize it's just not that simple! Grr...
This is where platforms such as SaleHoo can step in and help piece some of the puzzle together. These platforms have helped save time, reduce risk, and decrease the operational costs of an online store. This has given many people the ability to work from home and run a successful eCommerce business.
In this article, I will briefly go over SaleHoo's three core products, and for each, you will learn what is Salehoo’s pricing, how to join, and most importantly; what you get:
A yearly membership for Salehoo Directory would cost you $67, with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Salehoo also offers a 30-day trial for $1.
The 30-day trial and the yearly membership will both give you full access to the list of suppliers, market research labs, personal email and chat support, and private members’ forum.
Salehoo offers a set of kick-start lessons called SaleHoo Educate for $47 to help you get started on Shopify or Amazon.
They also have a product called SaleHoo Dropship to help you build and manage your online store with the basic plan at $27 per month, and the premium plan for $97 per month.
There is so much information online about wholesale and drop shipping services, that it makes you question the legitimacy and whether they can really provide what you are looking for.
This is where SaleHoo steps in, but let us see how SaleHoo can help you and what each option costs.
SaleHoo offers three main products and services that you can subscribe to. I'll give a brief overview of each with their pricing right here.
Or, to gain more insight on these products we cover them in detail in our SaleHoo Review article.
It all started here for SaleHoo, a directory where drop-shippers can scour 8000+ vetted suppliers in search of specific products or new product ideas for their online business. With SaleHoo member access you can connect and easily begin to transact business with these suppliers.
You also gain access to market research and analysis tools to find new and trending products.
Basically, there are two SaleHoo Directory pricing plans.
Both options give you the exact same level of access to SaleHoo Directory, which includes the following:
Something to keep in mind:
Salehoo Dropship integrates with your Shopify store to seamlessly and quickly search, choose, and import products, place supplier orders and make payments to your suppliers.
The dashboard contains numerous search and filter options and with one click you can add products to your store.
You can track and maintain product pricing, margins, sales volumes, and an abundance of information on your chosen suppliers.
There are two plans to choose from:
Basic Plan - $27 per month or $270 if paid annually (saving $54 per year)
Premium Plan - $97 per month or $970 if paid annually (saving $194 per year)
Or

SaleHoo Dropship is a great product to get you started quickly while eliminating the risk of dealing with unknown suppliers. Their supplier vetting process is invaluable, especially for newbies with limited business experience.
The integrations are a huge time saver in what could otherwise be a complicated process to manage.
SaleHoo Educate normally costs $247 (if you are not a current user of their products).
However, all SaleHoo users can access either course for $47.
There are currently two courses on offer depending on where you wish to focus your sales and marketing strategies.
It's fairly obvious what each course will focus on, however in brief they will both contain the following training, learnings, and information to get you on your way:
Again, for more in-depth product information please have a read of our SaleHoo Review where we cover all bases.
If it's not obvious already, the cost of SaleHoo products is affordable and definitely very reasonable in comparison to competitors.
If you are new to the game or simply looking to expand your supplier opportunities then SaleHoo Directory should be a serious consideration.
If you decide to subscribe to SaleHoo Directory then SaleHoo Dropship store integration is a high-speed, supercharged way of getting high-quality and in-demand products to your online store.
If you aren't too sure, then it might be a good idea to take advantage of the SaleHoo 30-day trial to see if helps meet your specific needs.
Firstly, it is important to understand the function of Salehoo Directory. It is simply a mechanism to connect the customer to online suppliers, they do not not offer the actual products nor make any commission from product sales.
It is always a challenge setting up an online store and knowing which manufacturer or wholesaler will provide quality and original products at a low price that can actually help you make a profit.
SaleHoo's only vested interest is in having both supplier and customer members continue to use their services. This should hopefully help to ensure they maintain a high standard of vetting when it comes to supplier onboarding.
Their experience with this is aimed at eliminating any scammers or counterfeit products, which would be a very timely process for each of us to navigate with our potential suppliers. For me, this is the biggest risk-eliminating factor.
The elements that enforce Salehoo’s legitimacy are the 60-day money-back guarantee, strong customer support, and the free guides on topics such as setting up your business, selling on eBay and Amazon, and scam prevention.
If you are just starting out in the world of eCommerce or dropshipping then this is a fantastic tool to get you started and on your journey.
The practicality and risk reduction factors make at least trialing this product a must. If you attempt to navigate the overseas dropshipping suppliers, products, and ordering process you will soon learn that SaleHoo Directory is a no-brainer when it comes to saving time (and relieving stress)!
For me, SaleHoo is a worthy option and deserves a look-in from any aspiring online entrepreneur.

Salehoo provides all the necessary resources that they believe will help you have a successful business, therefore if you become a member, you should take advantage of all that they offer.
The demand for certain products will always be subject to change depending on the market, but here is a list of the best dropshipping products to sell.
Yes, there are some other platforms that provide the same type of services as Salehoo, a brief description of each is included below.
Worldwide Brands has around the same number of suppliers as Salehoo but advertises that they have over 14 million products (as compared to the Salehoo’s 2.5 million). Their upfront cost is much higher than Salehoo’s ($299) but this is for lifetime access and there are no monthly or annual fees. They even offer a payment plan of $99 upon joining and then two monthly payments of $110.
This may not be the best fit for a first-time online store owner and it would be entirely up to the owner to work effectively to see a rapid return on investment. However, Worldwide Brands does go a step further to ensure you have the best suppliers – they visit trade shows, talk directly with manufacturers and each supplier has to go through a thorough qualification process to get a seal of approval.
While Doba and Salehoo are both designed to connect online store owners with suppliers, the processes are quite different. Doba works as the middleman, i.e. the business owner does not contact the supplier directly. Doba advertises that they have hundreds of suppliers and 2 million products and that their Supplier Scorecard feature will indicate each supplier’s fulfillment rate, average processing and shipping times, cost and much more.
They are much more expensive than Salehoo, with membership plans starting from the basic plan at $29 per month to the “Pro plan” at $249 per month. They even offer an “Enterprise Plan” which includes everything in the “Pro plan” plus seven additional benefits but you have to contact Doba to ascertain the cost. They do offer, however, a 14-day free trial.
Oberlo is an extension that can be installed on retail sites such as Shopify. It comes pre-installed for Shopify users. This makes it easy for you to choose your products and add them directly to your online store. It is easy to use, you can edit the details of your products to your requirements, you can easily switch between suppliers and you can allow multiple persons to help run your online store.
Oberlo offers three plans:
If you decide to use a dropshipping service, your choice should be based on the provider that gives you the appropriate products, low shipping costs, various sales channels, great customer support and whose interface is easy to integrate with the systems of your online store.
